Inside, two fully equipped kitchens ensure you have all the culinary tools you need, while the open-concept living area is ideal for entertaining. The home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests across 1,568 square feet of interior living space, featuring two king beds, two queen beds, and a day bed with a trundle.

Like many coastal homes, Dock Holiday is elevated on pilings, but it also features a ground-level apartment with a private bath and kitchen, providing easy access without needing to climb stairs. The main level includes a spacious living room, a full kitchen, a laundry room, two bedrooms, and two full baths. The top floor features an open loft with two queen beds and a full bath. The ground-level apartment has its own entrance, complete with a queen bed, sitting area, and access to an additional kitchen (without a range). Both entry doors are keyless, and you’ll receive the access code before your arrival.

Upon entering the home, you are greeted by a bright and airy living, dining, and kitchen area. The family room includes a flat-screen smart TV with satellite cable and streaming apps for your entertainment. The fully stocked kitchen comes with more than the basics: pots, pans, a drip coffee maker, a K-cup machine, a tea kettle, and ample utensils. Guests can dine at the six-seat dining table or on the additional dining space on the screened-in patio.

The master bedroom suite features a king bed, a flat-screen TV, nightstands with reading lamps, a closet, a three-piece bath, and gorgeous bay views. The guest bedroom on the main floor offers a king bed, nightstands with lamps, and closet space, while the guest bath includes a walk-in shower, vanity, and fresh linens. The upstairs loft includes two queen beds, a twin daybed with a trundle, and a private bath, ensuring comfort for all.

Outside, the private pool and dock provide serene spots to relax and take in the beauty of Bon Secour Bay. You’ll find plenty of seating options, including picnic tables and rocking chairs, ideal for outdoor dining or simply enjoying the sunset. Paddle boards and kayaks can be rented from local companies to enhance your stay. The property’s outdoor shower with hot and cold water is perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach.

While Dock Holiday is tucked away in a peaceful part of Fort Morgan, it’s still just a short drive from downtown Gulf Shores, where you’ll find plenty of dining and entertainment options.
