Magnolia Charm, built in 2018 and fully renovated in the winter of 2023, seamlessly blends modern comforts with classic charm. Updates include new furnishings, refreshed paint throughout, and state-of-the-art kitchen appliances, ensuring a blend of functionality and style. Spanning 1,532 square feet and accommodating up to six guests with a luxurious king bed and two queen beds, this retreat offers ample space for relaxation and enjoyment.

Upon entry into this newly renovated home, guests are greeted by true Southern charm. This three-bedroom, two-bath home offers an open-concept living and dining space with vaulted ceilings and an airy open floor plan. The living room is decorated with oversized, comfy furnishings, creating the perfect place to relax and unwind with loved ones. There is a 65-inch flat-screen television for streaming your favorite apps. Guests are to sign into their own app accounts and are responsible for signing out upon departure.

The kitchen is fully stocked with more than just the basics: pots and pans, a drip coffee pot, a K-cup coffee maker, a tea kettle, and ample utensils. We provide complimentary starter packs of coffee, creamer, sugar, basic kitchen spices, and cooking oils. The dining table seats four, and the bar offers seating for two. The laundry room is also located on the main floor.

The master bedroom ensuite features a king bed, a flat-screen television, a chest of drawers, two nightstands with reading lamps, and a closet for storing luggage. The private four-piece bath includes a walk-in shower, a loo, a granite-top vanity with double sinks, fresh linens, and travel amenities. Two queen guest rooms each feature a comfy queen bed, nightstands with reading lamps, flat-screen televisions, and storage spaces for luggage. These bedrooms share the hallway bath.

Outside, guests will find the ultimate outdoor area perfect for enjoying summer nights and stargazing. The home features outdoor dining, seating, and a small clay fire pit for roasting marshmallows. Magnolia Charm also has a propane grill, and we provide propane and grill utensils. Please do not move the grill.

Fairhope beckons with its rich cultural tapestry and scenic beauty. Explore Fairhope Avenue's art galleries, boutiques, and cafes, or visit the Fairhope Museum of History to delve into the town's heritage. The Fairhope Pier offers stunning views and opportunities for fishing or enjoying picturesque sunsets over Mobile Bay. Downtown Fairhope is just 15 minutes away, while downtown Gulf Shores is a 20-minute drive. Guests can easily access nearby towns like Elberta, Magnolia Springs, Foley, Orange Beach, Pensacola, and Mobile, making Magnolia Charm the perfect home base for exploration. Our beaches are quiet and not publicly accessible, providing a peaceful retreat from the more tourist-heavy areas.
