There’s a king bed, a set of queen bunk beds, and a set of twin bunk beds, comfortably accommodating up to eight guests. Sands of Time offers a total of 1,380 square feet of living space, with no interior stairs, making it a seamless single-level retreat.

Step out onto the southern-facing porch, where guests will likely spend most of their vacation enjoying the endless views and fresh ocean breeze. The great room, flooded with natural light, provides a perfect space for relaxation, with a large sectional sofa and a smart TV equipped with YouTube TV for streaming. The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for whipping up meals, featuring both a drip coffee maker and a K-cup machine, along with all the essentials.

Outdoors, Sands of Time continues to impress with picnic tables, perfect for dining al fresco. There’s also an outdoor shower with hot and cold water, ideal for rinsing off after a day in the sun. For the grill masters, a Weber charcoal grill is provided—just be sure to pull it out from under the house before lighting it up.
